Access Electric was established in 2002 in California's Central Valley as a commercial and industrial electrical contractor. The company quickly found success through diligence and attention to detail, gaining the trust of the local industrial and manufacturing community. In its first year after foundation, the company employed a crew of over 10 seasoned electricians, which quickly doubled to 20 by its second year of operation.Over the next decade and a half, the company achieved a high level of competence and steadily expanded its customer base by taking on highly complex industrial electrical projects, including massive retrofits for major food producers like Del Monte. By 2016, the company had grown significantly, employing a crew of over 80 electricians, project managers, and field superintendents.In 2016, recognizing a growing demand for specialized industrial control systems among its manufacturing clients, the company embarked on a program of diversification and expansion. A new sister company, Access Industrial Automation, Inc., was officially established to focus specifically on complex PLC programming, engineering design, and turnkey automation installation services.That same year, Access Industrial Automation established an in-house UL508a certified panel building shop. This gave the new company the manufacturing capability to custom-build and wire industrial control panels directly for their clients, rather than relying on third parties.a
