Sidel, founded in 1965 in Le Havre, France, and now headquartered in Parma, Italy, is a global leader in packaging machinery for beverages, food, and home/personal care products. Part of Tetra Laval Group since 2003, Sidel specializes in PET blow molding, filling, labeling, and end-of-line solutions, with innovations like Aseptic Combi Predis and IntelliADJUST™ for sustainable PET bottling. With over 40,000 machines in 190+ countries, it employs ~5,500 people and operates nine R&D centers. ISO 9001:2015 certified, Sidel serves clients like PepsiCo and Varun Beverages, recently signing an MoU with Saudi Arabia for advanced packaging operations (May 2025). Its former Swiss entity, SIDEL INTERNATIONAL AG, was liquidated in 2020. Sidel’s focus includes sustainability, with solutions reducing material use by up to 30% for clients like Apemin Tusnad.
