SYNGE INDUSTRIES

Synge is a consultancy firm based in Sweden and France. We support companies on their journey to scale their sustainable business
or integrate sustainability into their current business model. We work both for established businesses and scale-ups (Lime, Oatly, InnoEnergy, Northvolt) but also start-ups (Tide Ocean Material, FineCell, etc). Our core competence is Green and Local Sourcing but we also work with Business development, Operational Business Control, Project Management and Industrialization. Our staff is a mix of senior consultants and fresh international business and engineering apprentices. We are a social enterprise and re-invest our profits into projects that drive social innovation and sustainability. Most of our profits are invested into guest houses in the Southern Burgundy (France) where we organize Working Retreats – weekly stays where the participants spend days working remotely in a beautiful medieval country side, and evenings networking with other guests and/or joining music jam sessions, wine tasting, monastery visits, organic farm visits, etc. Our vision is to build a social business community by creating synergies in our network. We help our clients unleash untapped potential of collaboration and innovation. We look beyond our scope and take action in creating shared societal value – the common good.
