Conducting sessions and briefing to create awareness among the Team Members towards product and process.
Analysis on Call disconnections, Short Calls, CSAT, Low quality scores (Internal & External)
Call disconnections- To check that the call disconnections are valid or invalid.
Short Calls- To check if there is any call avoidance from the advisors side or its a blank call.
