Vendor Management Coordinator
The Vendor Management Coordinator will act as an interface between Tivo and our external service provider by managing the workflow and being the main point of contact.
The Vendor Management Coordinator will be responsible for:
Supplier Performance Management
Ensuring there are timely and effectively measures for the holistic performance of a supplier and supports leveraging of management opportunities across all the supplier's contracts and services, across all the geographies
Develops and coordinates projects with suppliers
Responsible for on budget, on time, on-scope delivery of projects
Ensure proper reporting and information structure provides desired management support
Contract/Service Management
Proactively managing and maintaining the value of an individual service contract over its life and planning and implementing the appropriate activities to assure the legal obligations and service levels of the contract, are met or exceeded by both Rovi and the Service provider
Risk & Issues Management
Point of escalation for any service delivery issues
Foreseeing and managing all types of risk and issues across the supply base including financial, legal, regulatory, reputational, operational and sustainability risks
Products & Service Knowledge
Understanding the full value chain and business environment that a service operates in, to hold informed conversations with the service providers and to support service providers relationship development
Application of Processes, Tools / Systems
Develops and applies with operational excellence, Supplier Management processes, policies and enabling tools / systems and understands how they facilitate the delivery of business value and ensure the effectiveness and harmonization of working methods
Controls and Governance
Ensuring that any supplier management policy, processes and tools are actively used to identify and mitigate risks and
Owning and resolving any actions that may come out of any supplier/vendor management audits in relation to a service provider
Cost and Value Management
Proactively ensuring that the cost element of the service providers service offering is commercially managed to drive innovative cost management and reduction opportunities
Desired Skills & Experience
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree or Professional Qualification in related field
Demonstrate ability to manage Supplier performance and relationship development
Prior experience in change and implementation management
Experience in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Data & detail oriented, you are able to handle multiple customer related projects at once
Proficiency with MS Office systems, an experienced Excel user to create reports and graphical images
Experience in preparation, analysis and presentation of key performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication
Interpersonal skills and the ability to think on your feet
Presentation skills and ability to present to management
You are used to dealing with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities
