Engineer/ Sr. Engineer Marketing
Main Focus & Challenges:
To provide a full range of sales services to the organization; actively promoting a culture where the people resource is continuously developed and empowered in all areas to achieve world class business performance with a strong focus on ethics and values.
Serve as a process and sales function expert to the business stakeholders and Execute sales plans on various process areas like working closely with the Regional functions on sales and drive strong engagement across the factory with a strong collaboration with the Factory Operations Team.
Key to the role are skills/ knowledge in:
Generating inquiries, Visiting customers, Making sales calls and studying the requirement of the plant and making proposal & offers related to any of the process industries.
Estimating the Budget, entering the Sales Management system.
Understanding the use of the steam and proposing the right capacity & product of Forbes Marshall.
Understanding of the application of the product is a must.
Should be capable of making independent sales calls and building cases to conclusive end.
Capable of finalizing deals independently by getting involved in the techno commercial discussions.

Specific Responsibilities Department interactions
Projection the product in the market as the best available.
Develop new customers and create customer base.
Business Development through Market Research for selective area, Identification of Potential Market globally for specific Product, Development of Local Business Associate in particular country for Solid Fuel Fired Boiler to widen foot prints of organization.
Generate enquiries from existing /new customers.
Arrange the client visit to site/manufacturing unit.
Keep track of upcoming Seminars/Exhibitions. Identify and participate in Seminars and Exhibitions. Update and develop our existing Product Catalogue.
Submission of Monthly Report. Collect information about the enquiries status from field manager. Prepare and submit the Monthly Report based on the information.
Drive a strong people management through mentoring and coaching the team members to achieve their respective career aspirations.
Work very closely with the functional heads and have weekly, monthly meetings with each stakeholders and resolve the issues and advise them on pending matters.

Qualifications& Experience
A graduate engineer - Instrumentation -
Having 3-9 yrs. experience disciplined process oriented approach as a specific number of calls, offers and business per day is the requirement.
Market Knowledge, with respect to the industries such as textile, pharma, paper, process industries, food and beverage.
Should have exposure steam products and accessories.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
