This is an opportunity to join and lead our dynamic teams, to construct advanced software systems to support worldwide Drill Bits operations. This role is also a scrum master to two teams. You are facilitator, keeper of the process and a servant leader. As a technical lead, this role will guild and monitor the delivery of our applications and will be responsible for execution and further improvement of the Scrum process for two Software Development Teams. This role will utilize the latest web development technologies, delivering value-add to the Business. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated senior software technical lead with 8+ years of job experience with strong JAVA programming skills. This position requires strong design, programming and problem-solving skills as well as commitment and accountability Essential Responsibilities:
Lead small groups of developers through complete software development cycle. Full responsible for project execution and software development.
Organize and facilitate planning and refinement meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and other Scrum-related meetings
Track, update and communicate team velocity, product/sprint backlogs and sprint/release progress; Provide guidance to and assist in training less experienced developers.
Assist in providing technical knowledge for complex product design. Hands on developing, as assigned.
Search for the root cause of issues and resolve impediments. Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.

Work directly with product owners to ensure the delivered product addresses market needs. Regularly communicate with technical lead and stakeholders on progress, strategy, delivery and continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Certified Scrum Master
8+ years of experience in a product development environment, either as developer or tester, of which at least 3 years as scrum master in an organization with multiple scrum teams.
Experience with agile tracking systems, e.g. TFS
2+ years of Experience with Angular JS, HTML5, Bootstrap is mandatory.
Profound knowledge of concepts and methods related to analysis, design and implementation in an object-oriented environment
Practical experience in agile development, preferably SCRUM.
English proficiency (spoken & written)
Desired Characteristics:
Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is a plus
Experience in collaborating with overseas teams (Europe/US)
In-depth knowledge of architecture concepts for complex applications
Expertise in Secure Software Design and Architecture
Oilfield domain knowledge a plus.
