BGR Tech Ltd has signed a strategic Heads of Agreement with Chemie Tech to supply critical green hydrogen generation and purification equipment, including electrolysers, for multi-megawatt LSTK green hydrogen and ammonia projects across the globe. This collaboration aims to accelerate the deployment of sustainable hydrogen infrastructure through integrated expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and project execution.

April 2025 – BGR Tech Ltd, a leader in Oil & Gas process equipment manufacturing and Green Hydrogen technology, has signed a Heads on Agreement (HOA) with Chemie Tech, a reputed EPC contractor, to collaborate on multi-megawatt LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) Green Hydrogen & Ammonia projects worldwide. The HOA was signed between Mr M K Saiyed, Chairman & Managing Director-CTDMCC and Ms Priyadershini Raghupathy, Managing Director – BGR Tech Ltd in the presence of Mr Shandar S M Zaidi, Director – Green Hydrogen & Ammonia, CTDMCC.

Chemie Tech shall be responsible for the execution of these projects, covering concept to commissioning implementation majorly focusing on FEED, FID Support, Licensor tie ups, Designing, Engineering, Supply & integration of BOP, construction, Erection, commissioning (EPC), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
