Hindalco and KADA Launch AI-Enabled Multi-Skills Training Centre in Kuppam to Boost Youth Employability
Hindalco Industries, in partnership with the Kuppam Area Development Authority (KADA), has launched an AI-enabled Multi-Skills Training Centre in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, aimed at enhancing youth employability through industry-aligned, placement-linked vocational programs under the Swarna Kuppam Vision 2029.

ANDHRA PRADESH, January 31, 2026 – Hindalco Industries Ltd, in a strategic partnership with the Kuppam Area Development Authority (KADA), has inaugurated a state-of-the-art Multi-Skills Training Centre at its Kuppam plant. The facility was officially opened by Hon’ble Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, marking a critical step toward the Swarna Kuppam Vision 2029 goal of regional economic transformation.
The 22,500 sq. ft. facility is designed to upskill over 500 youth annually, offering industry-aligned, placement-linked programs that meet both national and international vocational standards.
Cutting-Edge AI-Enabled Vocational Training
A standout feature of the Kuppam centre is its partnership with Eon Reality, USA, which provides an immersive, AI-enabled digital learning platform.
Accessibility: The platform is accessible via basic smartphones, ensuring high-quality education reaches every household.
Inclusivity: Courses are delivered in local languages including Telugu, Gujarati, and Odia, removing linguistic barriers to technical education.
Lifetime Access: Learners receive lifetime access to the platform to continuously upgrade their skills in a rapidly evolving job market.
Driving the Swarna Kuppam Vision 2029
The centre represents a scalable public-private partnership (PPP) model focused on "Zero Poverty" and sustainable livelihoods. Over the next three years, it aims to:
Train 875+ youth in high-demand technical trades.
Facilitate 600+ job placements through industry partnerships.
Engage 20,000 community members via skilling and awareness initiatives.

To ensure a "future-ready" workforce, Hindalco has collaborated with global and national leaders, including NASSCOM (for AI and Cybersecurity certification), Philips Learning, Max Healthcare, and the Indian Institute of Welding.
