Vreden, February 2025 – KEMPER GmbH concludes the 2024 financial year with an extraordinarily positive balance, clearly distinguishing itself from market trends. While many industrial companies struggle with economic uncertainties, KEMPER has once again demonstrated its strength and innovative capability. Particularly in Germany, the medium-sized family business recorded growth that even exceeded the previous year's figures – clear proof of the company's future viability and resilience.

After an already outstanding record year in 2023, KEMPER successfully expanded its market position through targeted investments, forward-looking product developments, and entry into new markets. This success is even more remarkable given the ongoing global challenges shaping the metalworking industry. Especially in its home market of Germany, KEMPER showed significant positive development despite the current economic downturn.

"Our growth in Germany and worldwide speaks volumes," emphasizes Björn Kemper, CEO of KEMPER GmbH. "We have demonstrated that we are not only crisis-proof but also set new standards as an industry innovator. Our strategic direction is paying off, and we are proud to achieve significant growth against market trends."

The foundation of this success is a clear innovation strategy consistently aligned with customer needs. By expanding its product portfolio and strategically entering new markets – particularly in North America – KEMPER has unlocked additional revenue potential.

Additionally, the company has significantly expanded its process automation division. With the KEMPER Automation-Line, the company offers highly specific solutions tailored to the needs of OEM customers. The strategic development of this portfolio underscores KEMPER's position as an industry pioneer.

A key element of the strategic realignment is the InnoLab, inaugurated in 2024. The state-of-the-art facility in Vreden symbolises the company’s dynamic evolution. Its architecture and design reflect KEMPER’s values: innovation, agility, and collaboration. In addition to modern offices, the building houses a prototype workshop where future-oriented product innovations are developed and tested. The InnoLab also features flexible meeting and workshop spaces to support various team sizes and creative work methods. Additionally, the New Work concept is fully implemented here – all employees have the opportunity to work in an open, collaborative environment. A particular highlight is the central employee meeting point for shared lunches, fostering exchange across departments.

"The InnoLab is more than just a building – it is the heart of our innovation strategy," explains Frederic Lanz, CEO of KEMPER GmbH. "Here, we create space for creative ideas, technological breakthroughs, and a completely new way of working together. It is a place where the future is envisioned and realized."

Another milestone was the strategic expansion of filter.shop by KEMPER. This platform offers customers a comprehensive range of filters for all brands and manufacturers, reinforcing KEMPER's commitment to customer-centricity and innovation as key factors in maintaining market leadership.

In Germany, in particular, KEMPER achieved impressive results in 2024. While many competitors faced stagnation or even declines, KEMPER’s incoming orders significantly surpassed the previous year's figures. This development demonstrates that the company is not only focused on innovation but also excels in implementing outstanding strategies, entering the new fiscal year with record-breaking order volumes.

For 2025, KEMPER plans to continue its successful course with even greater determination. The use of digital and AI-based tools will be intensified to further improve internal process efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

"Our extraordinarily successful 2024 proves that we are growing not despite but because of the turbulent market conditions. Our strategic decisions have paid off, allowing us to set new standards even in challenging times. Therefore, in 2025, we will continue to actively shape the market, drive innovation, and significantly influence the future of the industry," explains Björn Kemper, CEO of KEMPER GmbH.
