India has made significant contribution to AI as technology. Many Indian engineers have added valuable contributions to development of this technology, which has universal applicability. From a view of deployment Indian manufacturing industry meets most of the prerequisites. From a need point of view, Indian industry can benefit largely from the widespread use of AI. Yet, given all this, the rate of spread of this valuable technology is rather slow. Many of production bottlenecks arise out of inadequate communication between members of supply chain, and insufficient information from market. On one hand, the way forward would be strengthening the communication chains and visibility of the market. AI, with its capability to create meaning out of insufficient information, can quickly help out in these situations.
The future topics in the series include:
Network Management in Digital Era.
Opportunities for Automation in New World.
Talent Management in age of Digital Transformation.
Industrial IoT/ Digital Transformation for Industry.
How to Harness the Digital Transformation of the Covid Era.
Digitalisation – Building Resilience through Control & Instrumentation.
Starting from 25th November 2020, the series will continue until January 2021. All webinars are scheduled for Wednesdays, from 3.30 to 5.00 pm.
