AVCON offers 2-way tight shut off Butterfly Valves in sleeved design with quarter turn pneumatic actuators (wafer type, centric design, with elastomer liner). Features: Size – 40mm (1½”) to 300mm (12”); Testing & Inspection – in accordance to ISO 5208; Pressure Rating – Body ANSI, Class 150, holding between flanges, Shaft ASTM A511 Gr.TP- 410 and liner and temperature EPDM-ISO 1691,(-)20°C to 120°C BN-ISO 1691(-)5°C to 80°C; End Connection – suitable for holding between the flanges of ANSI CI.150,ISO 7005- 1, BS 5811,DIN 2533 PN 16; Velocity – Size 40 mm to 200 mm, 4m/sec for liquid and 35m/sec for gases; Sizes – 250 and 300 mm 3m/sec for liquid and 30 m/sec for gases; Face to Face – EN558/20, DIN-3202/K1, API 609; Pressure Temperature rating – as per ASTM A 16.34; Bodies – SGI-ASTM A536 60/4018 CS - ASTM A216 WCB (DIN1.0619) (GS-C 25), SS-ASTM A351CF8M (DIN 1.4408) (GX6 Cr.Ni MO 1810) SS-ASTM A351CF8 (DIN 1.4301); Disc – cast steel ASTM A216 WCB SS – ASTM A351CF8M or CF8; Shaft Packing – Teflon; Leakage – Tight shut-off; Characteristic – On-Off and Control; Pneumatic supply pressure for double acting actuator-signal pressure 4.5 to 8.5 bar, for spring return actuator signal pressure 4.5 to 8.5 bar; Manual Operation – can be provided as additional feature.
