The Endress+Hauser MCS200HW is a high-performance flue gas analyser designed for continuous emission monitoring of up to 12 gas components. With heated, corrosion-protected gas paths, internal reference point monitoring, and an integrated web-based interface, it delivers reliable, user-friendly operation even in extreme and explosion-hazardous industrial environments.


Product Overview

The MCS200HW from Endress+Hauser is an advanced analyser system for continuous monitoring of up to 10 IR measurement components in flue gases. All parts that come into contact with the media are heated above the dew point and are therefore protected from corrosion. Internal reference point monitoring enables quick verification of measured values without the use of test gases. The integrated web display and task assistant within the software make operation highly user-friendly. The MCS200HW Ex version ensures reliable emission monitoring even in explosion-hazardous areas.
