Banner Engineering’s new Moulded Junction Blocks deliver flexibility and customisation in a cost-effective unit with a lower cost of entry than potted plastic or metal. With a compact, overmoulded design built to withstand extremely wet, dusty, hot, or cold environments, Moulded Junction Blocks easily consolidate wires from different sources into one convenient, customised central hub.
Robust and lightweight: unlike plastic and metal housings that utilize heavy potting, these overmoulded wired junctions are lightweight yet extremely rugged and durable. They also meet IP65, IP67, and IP68 ingress ratings for reliable use in dusty and wet locations.
Fully customisable ports: the first in a series, these Moulded Junction Blocks feature parallel wiring and come in both four- and eight-port designs. All ports can be customised with a variety of different connections, offering flexibility for wiring and power distribution. The boxes are also easily mountable wherever cord consolidation is needed.
Quick-turn custom designs: these new junction blocks have been designed with OEM customisation in mind. Quick-turn modifications to match specific customer needs only require new PCB layouts and include basic wiring, single or dual cable ports, and custom cable lengths.
