How It Works

1. Compressed air enters Tower A, where oxygen is adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, allowing nitrogen to flow out continuously.

2. Meanwhile, Tower B undergoes regeneration, releasing the adsorbed oxygen safely into the atmosphere.

3. When Tower A saturates, the system automatically switches to Tower B for adsorption while Tower A regenerates, maintaining a steady flow of 99.99% nitrogen.
