Integrating the AC Servo Drive ASDA-A3-E Series and analog I/O modules, the solution achieves stable, high-speed and precise PCB drilling via EtherCAT Fieldbus. Combined with the drilling path algorithms and PCB graphic decoding software, Delta's solution optimises the paths to prevent unnecessary movement of the X & Y axes for efficient operation. Collecting the data of the servo systems, the solution enables users to analyse the operation performance with EtherCAT Fieldbus communication. It also offers real-time monitoring of the equipment, and notifies the users of anomalies on a graphical interface.
