The HARTING Push-In Quick Connection Technology (HanĀ® 3A and 4A monoblocks) enables fast, tool-free wiring using spring cage clamp terminals for secure and reliable electrical connections. Designed for ferruled, bare, and solid wires, it significantly reduces installation time, minimizes wiring errors, improves mating reliability, and delivers cost-efficient, high-quality connectivity for industrial applications.
The Technology Group is expandingits push-in portfolio to include the Han® 3A and Han® 4A monoblocks with push-in connection for housings of the relevant sizes. If wires with ferrules are used, the contact chambers of the inserts do not have to be held open with a separate tool. The pressure of the wire strands is sufficient to insert the end of the wire into the chamber. The spring cage clamp fixes the wire, guaranteeing strong, high-quality contact. If bare wires are opted for, a simple tool can be used to keep the actuator depressed – the cage clamp remains open. The strands can be quickly, safely and reproducibly fixed. This means that Han® Push-in helps to avoid errors and increase mating reliability, for example, through coding.
