The AMR 10 is, at its core, an edge-computing platform on wheels. Perception, planning, and control all run onboard. A fused 360° perceptual field – built from 3D LiDAR, 2D LiDAR, and inertial sensing – is processed in real time, with no dependence on network reliability for safety-critical decisions. The robot perceives, decides, and acts at the edge.

What makes the platform genuinely future-ready is what that edge can host. The onboard compute envelope has been deliberately over-specified, with enough headroom for vision-language models, learned policies, and large neural perception stacks to run alongside perception and control – entirely onboard, entirely in realtime, entirely independent of the cloud.

In the next chapter of the AMR 10's evolution, the robot will be able to answer questions about what it sees. It will reason through unfamiliar scenes. It will absorb new capabilities through software updates without ever leaving the floor.
