New Delhi, June 2026: India's ambition to emerge as a global defence manufacturing and export powerhouse is translating into tangible results. The country's defence exports surged to an all-time high of ₹38,424 crore in FY 2025–26, registering a remarkable 62.66% year-on-year growth from ₹23,622 crore in FY 2024-25, according to data released by the Ministry of Defence. The record growth underscores the increasing global acceptance of India's indigenous defence technologies and highlights the success of the country's push towards self-reliance, innovation, and export-led growth in the defence sector. To support this momentum, Asia's largest homeland security platform, the International Police Expo 2026, is set to bring together leading technology providers, policymakers, security agencies, and industry stakeholders from over 25 countries at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi from 24th to 25th June 2026. The expo will showcase cutting-edge advancements in AI, robotics, autonomous systems, future drone technologies, cyber security, and indigenous defence solutions, reinforcing India's commitment to strengthening its internal security architecture through innovation and self-reliance.
Organised by Nexgen Exhibitions Private Limited (NEPL), a leader in world-class B2B expos across more than 15 critical sectors, this year's edition will run alongside the 10th India Homeland Security Expo and the 7th Drone International Expo. In 2025, the expos drew over 300 companies from 20 countries and welcomed more than 10,000 visitors. The 2026 edition is expected to surpass these records, providing a strategic platform for industry leaders, policymakers, and technology pioneers to address security challenges, showcase innovation, and accelerate India's Aatmanirbhar Bharat ambitions.
ECIL, a premier Government of India enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), functioning directly under the Prime Minister's Office, will showcase its indigenous RF Jamming solutions, including vehicle-mounted, convoy, and cell phone jammers. Designed for homeland security applications, these advanced systems can disrupt HF, VHF, UHF, cellular (2G–5G), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and drone frequency bands, and are widely deployed by State Police, paramilitary, and defence forces.
Innefu Labs will showcase its Air-Gapped Sovereign Agentic AI in a Box for police and defence, an advanced Defence Intelligence Fusion Centre, AI-powered predictive policing, digital forensics and incident response platforms, offline on-premises large language models, and a comprehensive OSINT suite, all designed to empower security agencies with real-time intelligence and autonomous decision-making.
