Patil Automation Limited (PAL) has announced a new 1.09 lakh sq.ft. manufacturing facility in Sadumbre, Maval, marking a major expansion to boost automation capacity. The ₹55 crore investment will increase annual production to 3,454 units, supporting advanced robotic welding, assembly, and Industry 4.0 automation for automotive, EV, railways, defence, and renewable energy sectors.

Patil Automation Limited (PAL), a leading provider of turnkey welding, assembly, and robotics-integrated automation systems, has announced a new ~1,09,450 sq.ft manufacturing facility in Sadumbre, Maval—marking a major step in its capacity-expansion roadmap.
Strategic Capacity Increase for Advanced Manufacturing
The ₹55-crore facility will enhance production of robotic welding lines, assembly platforms, and special-purpose machines, alongside Industry 4.0-enabled automation cells. Once fully commissioned, it will support ~200 new jobs, strengthening PAL's engineering and manufacturing ecosystem.
Boosting Production Across Sectors
The expansion increases PAL's installed capacity from 2,304 to 3,454 units annually, supporting rising demand from automotive, EV, railways, defence, renewable energy, and heavy engineering sectors. The new facility strengthens PAL's ability to deliver advanced robotic welding lines and assembly platforms tailored to industry-specific needs. The location—close to PAL's existing Maval units—enables shared resources, streamlined logistics, and faster project integration.
