Automation Expo 2025 – Roadshows Herald the 18th Edition

Automation Expo 2025, Asia’s premier automation technology event, gears up for its 18th edition with a series of successful roadshows across Pune, Vadodara, and Nashik. These previews offered a firsthand glimpse of cutting-edge innovations in AI, robotics, IIoT, and sustainable automation—setting the stage for the grand showcase in Mumbai from August 11–14, 2025.

Scores of exhibitors offer a sneak preview of what to expect at Automation Expo 2025 during roadshows held at Pune, Vadodara and Nashik.

The 18th edition of Automation Expo is scheduled from August 11th to 14th, 2025 at the regular venue of NSE Complex in Mumbai. With just a little over a month to go, the organisers conducted successful roadshows over the last six weeks, covering the important industry clusters of Pune, Vadodara and Nashik.

As Asia’s leading automation trade expo, now in its 18th edition, Automation Expo brings together 2000+ exhibitors and industry pioneers to redefine industrial automation. Focusing on sustainability, the expo showcases AI-driven, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly automation solutions that enhance productivity while reducing environmental impact. With live demos, expert sessions, and high-impact networking, Automation Expo 2025 takes the momentum forward by driving innovation, collaboration, and industry transformation for a smarter, greener future.

Focus areas

Automation Expo 2025 will have its focus on the following four critical areas:

The Pune Roadshow

The first of the series of roadshows was held at Hotel Marriott Chakan in Pune on May 23rd, 2025. The event was graced by eminent personalities from the industrial automation domain spanning both process industries and discrete manufacturing.

The Vadodara Roadshow

For the second roadshow, the Automation Expo team travelled to Vadodara on June 6th, 2025. This event took place at the Grand Mercure Surya Palace (Accor Group) Hotel. A large number of industry veterans and dignitaries were present on the occasion from the region.

The Nashik Roadshow

The third and final roadshow of the series was held at Nashik on June 14th, 2025. Organised at the Taj Gateway Hotel, the Nashik Roadshow received an overwhelming response from different industry clusters, especially the SMEs.
