New Delhi, July 16, 2026: Mindbowser, a leading healthcare technology and digital engineering company, today announced the elevation of Manisha Khadge to Chief Operating Officer (COO). The move strengthens the company's executive leadership team as it continues to expand its work across healthcare, interoperability, AI engineering and digital health transformation.

The appointment comes as healthcare organisations look beyond standalone AI pilots toward modernising clinical workflows, improving interoperability and building secure, scalable digital health products. As Mindbowser deepens its work with providers, digital health companies and life sciences organisations, the company is strengthening its leadership bench for its next phase of growth.

As COO, Khadge will lead Mindbowser's commercial organisation, bringing sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships and strategic growth initiatives under a single mandate. Her focus will be on driving tighter collaboration across teams, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring technology solutions address real operational and clinical challenges rather than purely technical requirements.

"Healthcare technology is evolving rapidly," said Ayush Jain, Founder and CEO of Mindbowser. "Organisations need partners who understand not only AI and software engineering, but also the realities of clinical workflows, interoperability, regulatory requirements, and product adoption. Manisha has consistently demonstrated an ability to connect customer needs with execution, which makes her the right leader for this next chapter of growth."

Khadge joined Mindbowser in 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer, where she led the company's market strategy and healthcare positioning. She played a key role in expanding Mindbowser's healthcare footprint, including the go-to-market strategy for ConnectHealth, the company's interoperability and healthcare workflow orchestration platform. She also helped strengthen strategic partnerships, elevate brand visibility and deepen customer engagement across key healthcare segments.

With more than two decades of experience spanning product and services marketing, commercial strategy and business growth, Khadge brings deep expertise across enterprise software and highly regulated industries, including healthcare and BFSI. Her experience in commercialising technology solutions and building go-to-market engines adds a strong customer-centric perspective to Mindbowser's leadership team.

"Healthcare organisations are under pressure to improve care delivery while navigating increasingly complex technology ecosystems," said Khadge. "Our role is to simplify that complexity through better interoperability, AI-enabled clinical workflows and modern digital products that fit into how care is actually delivered. As COO, my focus is bringing our commercial and delivery teams even closer together, so every engagement is built on execution, trust, and measurable outcomes."

The leadership transition underscores Mindbowser's commitment to helping healthcare organisations accelerate digital transformation through AI engineering, interoperable solutions and product development, while strengthening the executive team to support continued growth and customer success.
