Space & Subscription Sales Executive

A leading industrial trade magazine is looking for a self-driven go-getter to bolster its subscriptions and generate revenue across print and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication and presentation skills and fluency in English. Basic knowledge MS Office or equivalent software to communicate effectively is a must.

The incumbent should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales and Marketing executive in any mainline publications such as Newspapers, Magazines, etc. Would be required to achieve sales target for selling Magazine subscriptions and advertisement space.

Detailed Job Description:

• Should be able to identify the potential customers and new avenues for magazine subscriptions and advertisement space sell
• Should be able to initiate discussions with potential customers
• Should be ambitious to achieve and excel the sales targets
• May have to travel for conferences, events or customer meetings
• Network with Industry leaders and liaise with HR industry stakeholders (such as HR solution providers, Institutes etc.)
• Attending seminars, conferences and fairs (some magazine publishers hold exhibitions and events to allow advertisers to meet their readership)
• Keeping up to date with trends and developments relating to the magazine's subject matter
