Job Profile:

• Gather and analyze the requirement & provide to the operations team.
• Acting as single point of contact between management and team members
• Responsible for constant and timely delivery of high quality of product and service to the client

• Coordination with operations team for the offers & promotions according to the market requirement.
• End to end Coordination till dispatch/delivery of magazines.
• Market research and analysis
• Follow up and closure to convert the prospects into long-term clients.
• Objection Handling Regarding delivery, technical issues.
• Experience in letter/mail writing.
• Tele Calling, Telesales, Tele Marketing and Sales and Business Development.
• Must have handled a sales portfolio.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and the desire to promote and sell products to decision makers.
• Demonstrated telephone etiquette.
• Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team sales environment.
